Fifth growths, Grand Cru Classe of Bordeaux. Deep garnet-red. Nose of ripe black fruits, graphite, a dash of toast and subtle cocoa. Fleshy attack with crunchy black fruit and refined, well-integrated tannins. Firmer mid-palate with tannins that are still slightly dry on the finish.

屬波爾多列級酒莊中的第五級。深石榴紅色，具有成熟的黑色水果、石墨、吐司和少許可可香氣。口感質感豐郁，充滿黑色水果香味，開始時單寧融和，直至中段保持堅挺，乾身的收結。

The dry “Rosolo Babbino Caro 2009″ consists of three weeks dried Zweigelt grapes which have lost two thirds of its read-weight which approximately 20% alcohol content is behind an abundance of ripe Amarena cherries and much fine-grained tannins.

 

這瓶以奧地利葡萄品種Zweigelt釀造的乾身Rosolo Babbino Caro 2009，葡萄經三個星期風乾，濃縮至原本的三分之一重量，酒釀酒精含量接近20%，散發著成熟的Amarena櫻桃香氣，丹寧豐富而幼細。

Reichsrat von Buhl 2013 Riesling Sekt B.A. Brut

Deutscher Sekt level, it means that all grapes and base wines are grown and brewed in Germany, using traditional Champagne method and age for 13-15 months. Fresh yeast aroma, along with yellow apple, white peach and lemon fragrance. Mineral flavor, delicate bubbles, moderate acidity, with lingering finish. This wine won " Falstaff 2015 German Sekt Tasting " championship with 93 points.

 

Deutscher Sekt級別，即所有葡萄及基酒都是在德國本土種植及釀造，並用上傳統香檳方法釀造，經13至15個月陳化，新鮮的酵母香撲鼻而來，伴隨著黃蘋果、白桃及檸檬的清香，入口滲出淡淡的礦物味、細緻的氣泡，適中的酸度，餘韻悠長。此酒以93分榮獲 ’’Falstaff 2015 German Sekt Tasting’’的冠軍。
