‘Finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum, the Balvenie 14 y.o Caribbean Cask is rich, sweet and exudes creamy toffee on the nose combines with fresh fruit notes. Rounded with vanilla and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time. The lingering finish is soft and warm.

Aged in European, American, and New American oak to carefully release the virgin cask flavours, the whisky is then mellow in our unique Solera vat before being married in Portuguese oak tuns. The result is a spirit with an intriguingly complex aroma – sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits. It is silky smooth reveaing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Sweetness lingers in finish.

經三種木桶熟成後，再於手工特製的蘇羅拉融合桶(Solera Vat)中融合靜置，創造出層次豐富而餘味幽長的Glenfiddich 15年 – 散發香甜石楠花蜜與香草軟糖般的迷人香韻，融入濃郁的果香。絲綢般順滑，帶有雪莉木桶、杏仁糖、肉桂及薑等多種味道。香甜縈繞持久。

Rich sherry with fruit & nut chocolate, delicate spice, green apples, malty biscuit and a touch of light peat smoke. Juicy raspberries and brambles, sherry, creamy malt and a light peat. Finish lingers with sweet sherry.

Fresh, delicate fruit aromas with vanilla pods. Pine nuts, pine needles, raspberry bushes and mixed peels. On the palate it has vanilla cream, custard even and more fruit. Red berries, boiled sweets and rich, warming bourbon. Finish is spicy oak and apple pie whilst remaining light and nimble.
