Salty and coastal. Roman nougat. Reminiscent of almond paste, or Indian sweets. Almost a distant smokiness which is still overt on the palate. It has a waxy texture, cream of wheat and lemon zest and a touch of lime, Orange, pear and a little apple.

smoke emerges after a minute followed by a mix of lime, grapefruit and
