Jumai Daigingo genshu produced by「現代の名工」(highest honor in industry craftmanship) Tanaka San. 22% Yamada Nishiki and 78% Hyakumangoku with 50% rice polishing ratio. The water source of this Genshu is from ‘Miyamizu’ without the process of ‘Warimizu’.
